I am not definitely selling it, just wondering how much I would expect to get for it.

I am also starting a new forum with someone so I might keep both of them or if I get a price prixe then maybe sell The Tech Zone.

I don't think you should even consider selling it, you worked so hard to get the perfect banner, over 100 members, why let your work go to waste, just hire a co-admin to run it and you check upon it.

You have paid me for the ad for 2 months. I will leave a condition that they leave the ad on but if they can only leave it for 1 month then I'll refund most of your money.

Personally, I'd value it at only about 20$ or less. 4,000 posts it's that much on the grand scale of things. In fact, it's almost nothing. Also it's not a very original concept, so many people would not pay very much for it.
