I can only access FP via VPN. I cannot access via my normal ISP or via mobile network. Happy to provide technical information (IP addresses, ISP etc) via private message or email with site management.

It's happening to me too!!! And it's sad that I'm not alone in this because it will decrease activity here for those who won't consider or bother using a VPN to access the site. I am waiting for someone to remove my block and will add in the staff thread that you are affected as well and that there could be others.

It was an issue with the host and I believe it was something to do with mod security. Users were getting blocked incorrectly and they weren't able to visit our site.

@Cameron. - It might be worth while to check any iptable entry on the VPS level or the access.log file under Apache to see if you can see the GET requests from @alsarcastic and @Lämmchen. It's weird that a client would be blocked without any ingress filtering on the host check point or your VPS. This sounds like a layer 3 routing issue.
