Is there an option to hide my forum signature on my posts, sometimes i don't want to show my signature. How can I do that? I feel annoy because my signature is showing everywhere on my posts.

    Thanks

Just remove it fully from your settings

If so, when I need to show my signature, I need to go to settings and add my signature again? :D

    Hi Tommy,

Yes, unfortunately, that is the only option available at the moment.

If you want to 'hide' your signature, shouldn't you just remove it?

Sadly a signature is a global thing and once added is displayed around the site without choice. There is an option to remove it fully but not partially :p

We used to have this in phpBB, but xenForo doesn't support it out of the box. I've got you covered though! :)

You can now add the below BBcode tag to any post to hide your signature for that post only:

    Code:
    [nosignature][/nosignature]
You can add the tag anywhere in the post. You don't have to put anything inside the tag. For example:

    Code:
    Hi, how are you doing?

    [nosignature][/nosignature]
I'm using the tag on this post, as an example.

Let me know if it works for you. Consider this feature experimental, so it may not work in 100% of circumstances, and only works for the FP 3.0 default theme.

I can make an addon that does this per post:

However, you will have to make due with @Matt's solution for now as it won't be at the top of my to-do list.

As Jordan said above, it's on the list. I'll archive this now. :)
