Freelancer, Upwork are really good, fiverr is another option. However the thing that's made me the most money thus far has been word of mouth. I constantly look at guilds for games, discords, and anything where people may need a new logo, website, promotional video, etc. and offer to make them one. As long as you're not shoving a link down their throat and you're genuine about helping them out most people don't have an issue with you asking for a job. "Hey man, I see you're currently looking for x y and z, my company specializes for that and we have prices that are geared towards this epidemic" something like that works wonders. Wait for them to respond and if they're interested go from there.

First time to hear about Peopleperhour. What is it all about?
It's a Freelancer site similar to Fiver and Upwork :) www.peopleperhour.com : It's slightly more pitched towards new freelancers and securing first freelancing opportunities. Quite a clever algorithm behind it all
