Okay, I haven't used emails from any of my forums just incase anyone is interested. I do appreciate your views but ultimately the choice is mine.

KMRock, I am warning you to take off my name as for one I got a feeling my name was on that list. I received an email from the guy you sold it to. Now I deleted it and Junked it so I can't see if you broke the CAN-SPAM law, but I am telling you right now, if I get one more that appears to be from this thread.

For one, I know you can't opt out of this. That is against the CAN-SPAM Act. Period. And I believe it said in the selling emails to commercial solicitors, you must have my consent to do that.

I am fowarding this to an admin at the moment. I am incredibly upset.

The emails were probably extracted illegally using a email extraction tool. The reason for me to think this is I searched his user name on Google and found that he try's sell these tools on different webmaster forums.

To be honest I have looked at all his for sale ads on here and can say that he probably has a tool for everything lol

I have not sold this list as yet to anyone! So Quacker Jack that can't be right. I didn't use an extractiont ool, but, this topic is becoming too much work. If someone is iterested in buying these, please PM me. Topic Closed!
