It's nice to hear, how about search traffic and didn't checked alexa rank of your website. If it is getting more organic visitors, then definitely it is growing a lot.
I see you are working hard on most time and hoping one day the forum runs automatically without your work. I am a member, but will try to push a couple of forum posts for you. 😎
