I know of several forums that are owned by a group of people. One is actually registered as a corporation while another is just syndicated i.e. owners have an informal certificate of stock ownership. Those kind of forum have their ready-made posters in the person of the owners. One forum is very dynamic with more than 10 owners who regularly post dynamically (that’s around 10 posts in a day). To be honest, I have been thinking of opening a local forum for pets to be owned by me together with some other pet owners. My plan is still on the drawing board though.

It would be cool if you could convince others to do this - because the funds to startup any business are often a big problem. Nonetheless, people have to be convinced to give a lot. Note, the big deal in the stock market is about rising stock prices - which are related to rising confidence in a business.
