Well, I mean high usage not in a lot of customers but in forums that are attacked by spammers etc. In that case, your reseller company could throw you out. Anyway, that should be easy to monitor, but often people might go on vacation or some other thing which prevents one from checking the goings on in the company.
You can always setup other checks to prevent that, depending on what forum software you are using. Also having other people and levels of administration (obviously having admins, moderators, and maybe a few regular people with a "support" tag or something to hide posts/threads to remove those spammers or hide it temp. till you can return).
