Would you date someone much older or younger than you? What's the maximum age difference you would accept?

Nowadays it doesn't matter, I mean I see girls at age 20 going for guys in their 70s nowadays - Feels wrong. I always say five years age difference is good, max is 10 years. I rather be with someone who is the same age as me 🙂

I don't mind dating someone much younger so long as they're mature. I've dated women that were 7 years older than me and I'm 35.

10 years ago, age difference upward would be a big issue with me, if it was above 5 years. Now? Not as much.

Five years older is my cap but I’m also 45. As for younger she would have to be at least 30 and that’s still pushing it. The problem with much younger or older is being able to relate with each other and have things in common. Maybe it’s just me.

I've always dated older men ( by 10 or 10+ years). I could never understand it when my friends would date younger guys. The younger guys just never appealed to me, but I also feel as though age is just a number and if you are happy together and with them for the right reasons then why would you let something as trivial as age stop you.

Older - up to 10 years older
Younger - 2-4 years max.

My girlfriend is 4 years older than me. We been together since 2014.

The wife and I are 9 years apart and I have no issues with it. I would have likely found it odd in my younger years, but once I hit 30, 9 years apart really didn't seem like much.
