Alternate History... What If Rome Never Fell?

Hi! so I am working on my Major Practical Project which is my final project for my university. As part of the project, I am building a website with a gallery showcase. I was wanting to ask you what you think would be different now if Rome never fell.

I am looking more at the technology side more than the actual history but your ideas will be included. just say what you think would be different and explain why and if you can back it up.

What if Rome actually never fell, they just fled to the moon?

Kidding aside: Very hard to say. We could be a few hundred years more advanced in technology now, because the dark ages never would have set things back, or technology could have stagnated. Of course, if Rome hadn't fallen for the reasons it did, it probably would have either fallen or lost influence due to another reason.
