I have suffered with anxiety, panic and other trauma related mental health issues for over 12 years. I used to be a member and moderator on a couple of other sites until after being persuaded by other members, decided to start my own. We've been going 3 months now and have 103 members.
Trying to get a little more exposure on a very tight budget, and to be honest I don't really know what I'm doing lol Glad to have found this site and the resources available, I hope to spend a lot of time reading everything and contributing. 🙂
