Are there many bloggers out there

I'm wondering if a promotion forum concentrated on blog promotion will be realizable? Or too narrow? That's why I'm asking if there are many bloggers out there.

I once thought about this, with a site having guest articles package, comments package, backlinks package, etc.
But i don't think it will have much success. Its hard to attract much blogger, as some of them are settled with blogging and never consider foruming. And others are satisfied with promotion forums like this one, having blog advertising, blog review etc.
