I'd consider myself an Independent...for now that is. I like both parties, they both have good ideas. I just don't feel swayed to one side or the other at this moment in time.
I consider myself to be unaffiliated with any party. I look at the issues and what lies statements a politition is giving before making any sort of decision. I tend to be more of a liberal with a lot of things but I am conservative with a good deal of things as well.
Anti-Liberal (Australian Liberal that is, which would be considered 'conservatives' everywhere else.) I just hate the whole conservative concept. "Hey, things are good enough this way, let's not bother trying to improve it anymore." Gtfo. Being a leader is about leading, not simply standing where you are and milking everything you have. A true leader should be heading towards progression and towards a better society, not just shrugging it off and saying, "This is good enough."
I'm an Independent, I don't like to follow party lines. I am one that doesn't care which part you are in, just as long as you will represent the people and do what they want, which they are failing miserably at.
I identify with the Democratic Party, however as an intelligent American I am open to the beliefs of others and take them with the same amount of weight as I do my own. To take a party's side, and block out all others is foolish.
