Yes so far it's somewhat active but we're hoping search engines will land us more members soon enough.

I'm glad the template isn't a problem. All the members enjoy it but someone else that visited and didn't become a member was complaining how its impossible for her eyes -n-

The banner, we most certainly are planning on having one. We're just still kinda stuck on what to make the actual logo I guess you could say. But that's definitely the next step as far as the looks go.

Otherwise, do you guys have any ideas how forums like this, which are based on a set of topics, can get out there? Google campaign is on for certain keywords but that's giving us a slow yield if at all.

Well the key to getting a successful forum is ADVERTISE. but not spam other sites.

Indeed.... something that's turning out a lot harder than I imagined but then again time passing will probably help too.

What I don't understand is how some people look at an advertisement and don't even give it a chance just because it would involve them doing a small favor - actually contributing when it's needed. And this is people already interested in the topics too... baffling really how much you lose your cool when you go to them instead of the other way around ~frown~
