i thinking of makeing a website ware i have a pool of EP$ to giveaway to someone who can beat me at traffic and get the most traffic it will use bit.ly to keep count
and it will have advitisers pay EP$ for adspace on the page

i need help with this
i need:
a domain name sponser
and hosting sponser (its only going to be 1 html page but its going to get loads of hits)

I think your idea needs more work in terms of thinking and if it really could work out...

Like how will you prevent cheating? Kinda impossible and a major flaw in your idea.
