Best Ad Networks That Accept PayPal Lowest Payout!

Hello,

I am starting a gaming company which will soon to offer walkthroughs and tricks for every game via our you tube videos and site.
I have only just start and am in still in it's early development stages so you won't expect much traffic yet but it be good to have some extra money from the work I am putting in to it.
(actually been on the computer all day when I could be having a life :lol: )

Anyway,

what are some good networks with the lowest payouts and that accepts pay pal as a payment method? and if possible will put up targeted ads

I have ads on the site now but not sure if I should swap to a different network there minim payout is $200
but there ads are not spammy and are nice so something that meets those requirements.

You may try yllix.com

They have $1 threshold I think. Once you get $1, you can cash out through Paypal. One word of caution though, unless your click through rate exceeds 0.3%, you will be getting CPA ads 🙁

So place yllix ads cleverly and once you begin getting high clicks rate, yllix will begin showing high cpc/cpm ads.

Popups ads payout rate is higher, but I would never use popups on my sites. They destroy the beauty of websites.
