http://www.invisionpower.com/hosting/index.html is not just forum hosting, it has cPanel and everything else.

Windsor, from my experience I would recommend blueHost. They are one of the most extablished hosts around (they have their own data center) where as other hosts don't. They also have been voted best support in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. As far as prices go, you can't really beat Unlimited Disc space and Unlimited bandwidth for $6.99 a month...that comes with thousands of Email accounts, databases, parked / addon domains etc...

Depends what you want to host
If it is a small site then shared hosting is fine in which case I suggest Dreamhost - http://www.dreamhost.com - Unlimited space, bandwidth, mysql databases, domains, email accounts, ftp accounts, email addresses, sub domains. PHP5, MySQL5, CGi, Perl, Shared SSL, SSH access, Python, SSI, Ruby etc from $5.95 a month. They've been around for 11 years so can trust them.
If you're looking for something a bit more powerful and reliable (shared hosting isn't that good for high traffic sites) then I suggest http://www.mediatemple.net which I use for some of my more popular websites

I have used them for a long time and I can say they have good bandwidth, NO FORCED ADS, free cpannel hosting, and other great options. You can easily install wordpress blogs, phpBB3 forums, or just upload plain html sites.
Best paid host (for forums): Cirtex Hosting
They have a good amount of bandwidth, cpannel, and Fantastico for easy phpBB and wordpress installation. For forums they have 5% CPU (that's very good!). 😉
Best paid host (NOT for forums): LunarPages
They have tons of bandwidth, great customer support, Fantastico for easy phpBB, wordpress, and e-commerce installation, unlimited MySQL Databases even on basic hosting. Unfortunately, forum's should stay away. They have a lousy CPU witch will really slow your forum down or even block users from viewing your site.
