Best way to edit forum text on a theme? Noob guide

I use notepad++ for all my edits but it looks like MYBB which can be easily done in the ACP.

How can it be done in admin cp?

Goto acp-then template and styles- then click on the theme name. The you will see edit style sheets, select global. From there you choose advanced or use the drop down menu and edit the part of the theme you want.
