Hey everyone!

As title says what are the best ways to build up page rank (PR) on Google?
http://www.tubewood.com is now at PR2 but ofc would like the see higher PR on it

I know PR is based somehow in amount incoming links, but not just on amount, also on quality/relevance of site linking to site.

You know other factors that effect Google Page Rank?

Theese day's pr is irrelivent. You shouldnt base your site off pr, it should be about content and inbound links, submit to directorys, write articles and such and pr will come by itself 🙂

Are you trying to get PageRank for better search engine results or for some other stupid reason?

If so, then your sources are out of date. If it's SEO you need, read the tell-all starter guide. One of the best SEO articles out there from the guys who know the secrets behind Google 😉.

Besides, PageRank has been updated less and less, so don't be ashamed or anything if you don't have a satisfactory PR.

More or less what I think, though it seems Google Panda is going to take down the links idea once and for all.

That's a good way to put it. Sure, it's fun to checkout just for the heck of it, but it's still not something you want to rely on.

I actually think Google is trying to phase it out. They realise what a monster they created, and it's done them no favours.

There is a big difference between a high PR and being high on Google. And if you make it high on search results, is your forum entertaining enough for new people? Just my two cents.
