bought a domiain switch to IPB now what?

So I was trying to promote my forum on here. and I got "alot' of advice.
This made me crazy. I did everything that was suggest of me but I'm not sure where else I can promote my forum. I tried facebook, and even yahoo answers i saw that somewhere on another site.

Um I don't know what to do next but try and get on google.

any other suggestions on getting members?

Advertise it here, make as many posts as you can do on your forum (it will make more people join), add your site to top lists, tell your friends...

Offer content that people want?

Youporn is number 48, the 48th most visited site daily in the world.

The Pirate Bay is number 110 on that same list.

Offer content people want. Not saying porn or illegal files, but think outside the box.
