Forum Pros:

A very well placed banner. Perfectly matches the template, and exemplifies what Call of Duty games are all about.

I've seen this skin template many times; but it's probably the best choice for this forum. even if it's a premade/default skin. But there are rooms for personal CoD improvements.

Especially the new/old post board icons. Here's a gift. I made this for my forum; but we don't use other Wii games, anymore. It's the most recognizable icon from CoD, the first level of prestige. I think it's a perfect fit to replace the New Posts board icon. and you can just leave the Old posts icon as it is. Plus, I think it would look good as the icon over the Who's Online icon.

Forum Cons:

Your Board layout needs some touching up. Your Top category is actually completely backwards. They should go in this order ... Announcements/Suggestions/Say Hello. Yes, change Reports to Suggestions/Help. It's not professional for a forum to publicly report another member. Memebrs want to be discreet when reporting a member. But, you do need a help & feedback board, so members can ask questions, or give feedback and support on new forum ideas.

I honestly think you should have a CoD 1-3 section. They're the least popular. CoD4:MW and CoD5:WaW are the biggest hypes in the series. And you can add MW2 to the other MW board, since it'll be releasing later this year.

And, the Other Games Board, should be placed at the bottom of the section for discussions in Other Consoles. It looks really out of place in the CoD game discussion section.

Final/General Thoughts:

You got the right idea, and it's looking good so far. Just a few minor touch-ups to make along the way. CoD is one of the best wartime FPS'ers on the market. Your best bet to find members, is actually on xBox Live / PSN Network. Play the game, and advertise your site as you're in a lobby.

What was most liked about the website/forums:

The banner, and the forum ramplate. Though, i know it is premade, there's still some personal touches the admin can make to make it feel more CoD.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:

The Reports Board. Nothing you want displayed publicly to all members.
