I'm hopeful I can get some answers.

What I'd like to know:

Is it possible to live on campus when you are in your mid 20s?

I'm 24 and am contemplating going back to school but I want to try the living on campus experience.

Is it too late for me?

I'd appreciate all responses.

Thanks,
~ Andy

why not try online school, if you feel like you won't live there.

You can do that at any age, unless by 'college experience' you mean drinking, partying, etc, which may not be appropriate for some older people. Regardless, you're not even that much older in comparison (6 years at max), not to mention your extra few years probably allowed you to gather some funds that the youngin's probably wouldn't have.

I say go for it.

I don't think it is a problem living on campus at an older age. It might be a good way to make friends with other college students, or help you pay for rent and food by living with a roommate.

There might be a slight disconnection living with someone younger then you since they might like different music, movies, and other hobbies.

I agree, you can try it out.

I remember my dad telling me the first thing he was when he walked into his dorm; the bathroom wide open with a drunk 25 year old freshman playing guitar on the toilet xD

So yeah you'd be fine at 24

I'm not sure about the U.S. but in Canada your age would have nothing to do with it. If your a full time student you can apply for a room on campus. 🙂

You can live on campus at any age I am pretty sure. Its more of a matter of if you want to deal with the drinking, loud music, partying, ect. like fantanoice said.
