Change the color of groups post background or postbit manually in xenforo?

I know that DragonBytes shop has items that do this to users if they buy and use it but i was wondering if anyone knew how to do this manually for usergroups?

Would be a nice user upgrade addon if you sell memberships on your site! I remember it being a default feature of IPB you could change and thought it would be cool if Xenforo had something like that as well.
