We have only 2 seasons here, the wet and dry. The summer is so hot and people are complaining. But yesterday, the first rain came. And although it was not a downpour, the wet ground is a respite from the searing temperature. Just like in foreign countries where they are eagerly awaiting the coming of spring, over here we are waiting for the rains that seemed to be delayed in its arrival this year. And when there's too much rains, we are wishing for the sun. Maybe that's the nature of man, not being contented with the present season.

We don't get much rain where I live anymore so when it does rain we all celebrate lol. It's spring here right now.

I think most people here can't wait for warm temperatures, when it has been too cold during the Winter. The only time I have seen people complain about rain here, is when it decides to rain for a week straight or more.
