Chat Central - A new layout, New staff and News Everything

Yeah, Chat Central as was planned before is now revamped, with new layout, new staff and the most important a new way for discussions and fun. We have no irritating rules but we have some limitations. We will be having a grand re-opening on 3rd if not we may hurry up and open on 2nd. We have a fixed date i.e., 2nd if delayed 3rd. So have patients and old members of chat central, cc is waiting for you people.
