Could be a good forum if you adjust a few things. 🙂
The navigation bar. Maybe change the text colour to white because grey on grey is a bit hard to see and does not look right.
Post icons. Maybe a chat bubble or something? The ones you have now are obviously default on the skin.
Banner. I think a banner will do your forum alot of good.
More sections. Usually forum admins go over the top on sections but this time you haven't. You don't have much sections. I know some forum owners don't want to make too many sections (some will most likely to be empty) but you really need a few more.
Mostly just graphic suggestions. 😉
If you adjust these and keep promoting, your forum should go far. 🙂
