I like the template and all that. I just do not like see all those forusm that say "No Post" Maybe you should remove some of those. Start out with a small forum and let it build up. I made the same mistake before. Well what ever happens Good luck with your forum.

Cheers i have been thinking of removing them because it will put users off and wont register or that. Ill take a think and ill say ill remove them, then when it picks up i can add them again.

Yea thats one thing ive been meaning to get around to doing. So much to do yknow lol

But it will eventually get done, just wanting the forum to get more active.

We have nearly 200 posts and 7 members and we are still growing each day.

A: Use Subforums for the list, like

H-P
Q-Z

This will help get rid of the whols No posts thing

B: Centre the Cat header image

C: Center align the google ad in the main page

D: Keep up the good work!

Also maybe make the logo smaller as it stretches the page so i always have to scroll to see the right hand side of the forum.
