Chris Moyles would make a perfect annoying moderator

Ahh i love chris, Used to listen to him every day when i was working, Shame i missed the whole hour of the argument. 🙁

There's always iPlayer, Lee 😀 He's a good DJ and a fun guy I think but this is rather unprofessional

Yer ive got it on Iplayer now 25mins in hes still ranting about it. But yer hes gone abit to much and now hes telling the listeners to F**k off if they dont like hearing him ramble on

OT: It takes a lot for me to react over something stupid.

If you are that sad you can download shows from the iPlayer *looks innocent*

I think he is a good example of what you have to be like nowadays. Especially in the public eye baring in mind nowadays you can't really do anything the slightest bit funny with out people complaining. Rather then being afraid of these people that complain about everything, he stands up against them. If you listen to some old shows of his, you will see what he used to get away with and what he could say without causing a massive media uproar. If he did some of those things today it would be blown up like the Johnathon Ross and Andrew Sachs situation all again. I am a big fan of him for the reason that he goes up to the limit of what is allowed and doesn't let everything get dumbed down by the current complain about everything a famous person does (especially if they work for the BBC). People seem to think just because they work for the BBC and people pay the license fee that they can tell the BBC what to do. It doesn't work like that. If i go into Asda and spend money, i pay for the staff wages but if i tell them that they have laid out their store wrong will they listen? No so why do people think that the BBC should listen to them? My parents spend alot more per year in Asda then they give to the BBC and Asda don't pay any attention when my parents complain about the store.

As for being a moderator on a forum, someone like him would be good and wouldn't be afraid to deal with situations when they are needing to be dealt with. While it may be good, it could be seen as being overly forceful but sometimes that is needed if a forum has a very opinionated member base with a strong topic behind the forum such as a religion based forum.

I hate the bloke, he's paid to play records, but rarely does, less than 50% of his show is music.

If Dj's were paid for just playing music then what is the point of radio? Everyone might aswell listen to an iPod. What separates radio and iPods is that radio is live and you get chat and interviews etc. He is aid to play music but to also talk, entertain and interview people.

I love his show, I'm in tears on most mornings just laughing at it, and the 2 records he plays every 20 or so minutes are usually excellent, my favourite radio show by far.

And I completely understand why he's acting like he has, I know I probably would too. The salary itself is irrelevant.

As chris said on the radio people were emailing, texting etc.. telling him to shut up because he works like 4hours a day and they do like 12 hours shifts then he comes out with. Thats not the point the point is im not being paid. Or something like them lines
