How do I redeem my FP$ for your hosting services? 😵
Add one of the above services to your cart and proceed with the ordering process. Once you have submitted the order and it asks for payment, proceed to submit a support ticket with "ATTN: Chris Grigg - FP Order" under sales department. At this time, go ahead and send the FP$ for the selected service. Once payment is verified, feedback will be left and then service will be activated.
What if I want to take advantage of the ForumPromotion special pricing, but I don't have enough FP$ to cover the cost of the service?
If you want to still pay in US currency, you may submit the order, but not pay yet. Then proceed to submit a support ticket under sales with the title of "ATTN: Chris Grigg - FP Order" and the price will be corrected. *You MUST have at least 150 posts on FP to receive this courtesy.
Why can't you just create a discount code so I don't have to wait for it to be checked?
We want this to be ForumPromotion deals only. So we don't want to risk creating coupon codes and then having them leaked out to other sites as well.
