Appearance (first impressions): 3/10
One of the things that usually make the biggest appeal is through styles. That is one of the things that is pretty much damaging your score in this particular section...
It's bland, it's boring, dull... The only color emanating from it is the occasional advertisements. Not exactly a good thing.
Looks and organization is what users subconsciously look for in a forum. In books, the writer must make a situation that would hook the reader and persuade them to keep on reading... Almost the same as web management. You'll need eye candy at the right amount, you'll need to make your site all pretty and make it Interesting. Make people want to explore the site a bit more...

Layout: 6/10
The layout does include your Board Style, but it's mostly based on how well you organized your forum.
Apparently, I scrolled down, a bunch of sport stuff... It's clear that's a sport forum....
Thing is, it gives a little bit of a messy and confusing feel.
Okay, basically, it's because of sections with One or Two forums in it. It's wasting space and it makes your forum quite long. Especially with your basic style. Other than that, it's alright.

Moderation/Administration: 3/10
Like in all forums I review. I look for professionalism and direct and proper approaches to the entire community. Especially if it's going to be filled with people OTHER than people you know.
I score this by checking your announcements, where I can assess your priorities, and pretty much how well your forum is moderated.

I'd first like to note that your announcements were brief and uninformative.

I have noticed that the people who reply to your announcements are your own co-administrators. They don't even know what happened. Do you have a moderator forum where only moderators/admins can chat to discuss major board changes such as domain changes?

You cover at least 30% of the forums. The rest are unmoderated. I also suggest using usergroups to group your moderators with.

And one more thing... Capitalize and Punctuate... Just a little advice.

Accessibility (features available & how many different topics are available): 8/10
It seems to me you have pretty much covered all the base stuff you need.
It does have the topic your concentrated in, support forums and a general topic. All you need to do is organize it.

Activity: 4/10
Activity is good. 30+ members... 2700+ Posts... Impressive
However, I cannot ignore the fact that 2000 posts come from administrators and moderators...
