That's great, you are finding benefit from DBT and mindfulness therapies. It's wonderful that you are able to see the good side of life despite any challenges you may be facing. We should focus on the positives and be grateful for what we have.I have begun to do DBT (dialectical behavioural therapy)and mindfulness therapies that’s letting see the good side of life no matter what. Today, I’m grateful and lucky for :

2. Having health insurance
3. No skin issues at all whatsoever!
