Today I was productive at work, working with headless Chrome/selenium.
I had a good lunch break (WFH) with my fiance, enjoying some burritos from Bubbakoos
I am going to have a great evening, finishing my tasks on time.

10. No pain and suffering to do physical tasks.
11. I haven't spent money on things I don't use or look forward to using this year.
12. I don't take people seriously when they get to my ego.
 
I have begun to do DBT (dialectical behavioural therapy)and mindfulness therapies that’s letting see the good side of life no matter what. Today, I’m grateful and lucky for :



1. Being on disability



2. Having health insurance



3. No skin issues at all whatsoever!
That's great, you are finding benefit from DBT and mindfulness therapies. It's wonderful that you are able to see the good side of life despite any challenges you may be facing. We should focus on the positives and be grateful for what we have.
