Count your Blessings instead of Negativity!

1. Having a full night’s sleep.

2. My coffee today.

3. No pimples today.

What I'm grateful for today is that I'm still alive after a horrible illness that took me out for nearly two weeks. I'm not sure if Malaria and Typhoid fever is very common where most of you are living, it's a constant sickness to deal with here. I'm still alive and recovering well.
I am grateful for life in all round. Malaria and typhoid is a horrible illness that can kill in a twinkle of an eye and I am grateful it didn't kill me. I have survived and I am still surviving it. I am still thankful for:
*Family
*Friends/loved ones
*Chicken salad that I took every night.

Those are some good blessings to count. It's important to focus on positive things in our lives, no matter how small they may seem.

When you keep counting your blessings, there is very little chance that you would get depressed. Your mind would be positive and that would generate positive energy to achieve more.
