Cpanel won't load !!!

I just got a Cpanel and it won't load please help

Edit: I just used and IP changer and works fine when my IP is changed and want now it does not work.

Best to ask at the host's support ticket system and/or forum where your site is located.

Yea, You'd have to contact your host and have them unblock your IP address (as that what it sounds like)
