I miss cycling. All the miles I used to do really wrecked my knees and the angle I have to sit makes my back hurt too much. I tried moving up my handle bars, but it's just not enough. Maybe I need one of those old fashioned tricycles? LOL

You might need a bike fit from a local bike shop.

Otherwise, a recumbent bike might be more your think or even an e-Bike.

I tried the recumbent bike a few times on a cruise and then at a hotel while traveling, and it hurt my back so much. I just couldn't do the workout for long.
