Demoting staff and watching them cause chaos

I mean the ones whenever you demote them for a perfectly legit reason, they go back to your forum and spam it with porn or some stupid 4chan meme.

What do you do about the staff gone crazy after demotion? I've noticed not many stay after being demoted to a regular member. :yes:

That's a decent guide. I still hate the admins who demote their staff without giving reason.
I was staff on one forum and got into a little arguement with another member of staff and they banned me. I never was allowed back again, needless to say that forum is no longer around today.

If your not willing to work and perform your duties to the fullest, you don't deserve the position at all.

The best approach is to promote them making it clear what gets someone demoted, and to not promote people who'd do those things and then react that way in the first place. But yeah we can all goof up. Nothing to do then but ban them in all ways you can and keep on banning till they stop.

It helps not to demote without warning in the first place.
