Detective Pulls Gun on Snowball fight

So I don't blame the cop. It isn't any different than throwing someone with a rock. You aren't allowed to do that.
You make it sound like the snow ball was thrown with intent. And no, towards a car, its not assault.

I guest he felt threatened, and felt he needed his gun for protection.

It could of been a rock covered with snow that hit him in the face.

Plus, having a snow ball fight where cars and non- snow ball throwers is a poor choice of location.

It hit his car, not face, so it said. He could only feel threatened if he knew what it was, so if he knew it was a snowball, why would he need a gun?

Lol... I find it funny that people actually think he was in the right to get a gun out.

Tbh I'd be terrified if someone threatened me with a gun... and the circumstances did not warrant the use of one. No lives were in danger and it was a complete over reaction.

I'm with you sbfc. Its sad to think a gun in your face is "ok, if a snowball was thrown" -- at a CAR.

Well i was annoyed when all the kids where throwing snowballs at me as i was driving i just spun the car and drove at them lol.

If their ever doing that, you just stop the car and give them the death stare, they then run home so fast
