Was there ever a time when you refused to advertise a site on your forum? For instance, maybe the site contained objectionable material and the site owner wanted you to host his banner or write a review for posting on your forum.

If the advertised content isn't related to the forum in some way, I refuse it. I am really helping out everyone in that case too. Members are more likely to click on ads that relate to their interests, i.e. the forum topic. And advertisers are more likely to convert sales if their stuff relates to the forum niche.
