I seem to be very active late at night so that is when I like to workout. It also helps tire me out so I sleep better. Some of my friends prefer waking up early and going for a run. Do you prefer morning or night exercising?
I also believe that the morning is the best time for working out. Especially for cardio work outs as it really helps get your blood flowing and energy for the day.
I prefer exercising in the afternoon, I can't be bothered to do exercise in the morning because I just wake up but I am tired in the evening so afternoon is the best time.
