If you see that a company offers Free Shipping, does that entice you to shop at their site?

Nothing is ever really free. It'll be in with the price of the item or will be in there somewhere. They just market it as free shipping to get more buyers.

Not really, I mean if they offer free shipping and yet the product costs more then you do not have free shipment. People do it on eBay all the time, says free shipment and yet product is $5 more XD

It's easy to fool people if they see the word free they will want it. No one wants to pay $7-$8 shipping but if the item costs that much extra then they will buy it 😛

Sure, it's enticing. Gets me in the door initially... Then you see the real prices though. Yeah, shipping is free, but is something that's $10 somewhere else $20 on there? I'd rather drop $5 on shipping at that other site then. 😛

But seriously, free shipping is easier because you know what you're paying right away. You don't have to waste your time clicking through the checkout process to see what the cost will end up being after shipping is included. So many sites (I believe I see this on a lot of Shopify sites) saying "Shipping calculated at checkout" until you get to the very end of the process, and that's a big waste of time.

pople nothing thing real hard 😛

I mean I do not on Ebay all the time XD - FRee shipment but bump the item cost 😛

If it's a site I was considering buying from anyway, then yes, free shipping entices me even more to complete that purchase.

Yes, especially if it's already an expensive purchase.
Even if it's not an expensive purchase, free shipping entices me to complete the purchase as it will be the price I was willing to pay.

Depends on the circumstances. If it's something I really want, I'll pay the shipping if I must. If it's not something I really want or need, I'll just pass on the item until another time when I'm making a larger purchase to get that free shipping, or if they have a store locally, I'll just see if they have it in the store and purchase there. If I'm already buying items from a site and I'm close to the threshold for the free shipping (usually within like $5-$10), I'll just spend the little bit of extra money to not have to pay for the shipping.

Usually if I'm ordering something online though, I'm ending up spending enough to either be close to free shipping or already above the threshold at which they'll give me the free shipping lol. I prefer shopping in stores and just do online orders for convenience or because I can't find exactly what I'm looking for in the store.

It depends, if they offer good deals on something I need and they also have free shipping I don't mind jumping on that.

I do like it at Christmas when they offer free shipping as it means I can get quite a bit that I need and not have to worry about shipping.

Free shipping is fairly irreverent to me as I generally Google for the best price inclusive of all costs.
