No. I don't listen to the music that you guys listen to. I listen to my favourite song of all time: "My Computer Fan In The Background While I'm Typing This". Best song ever.

All the time, i am a chef in a prison kitchen here in Canada (no its not like you see on TV lol). We have tunes going all day everyday. Its the only thing that keeps us sane lol.

Yes, I always listen to music while working. I listen to many different genres of music...depending on what I'm doing will depend on which one I choose. When I worked as a Project Admin for a huge company and someone had a high priority job for me to do I would pull out my iPod and crank up The Creation (Excerpts): Terzett mit Chor: "Der Herr ist gross in seiner Macht".

Whenever I do a portrait I can't concentrate unless there is music playing.

If it's work that I really need to concentrate on such as writing an essay then I will work in silence generally. If it's mundane tasks such as proof reading or tidying it up, then I will need music to entertain myself. 🙂

But again. I don't listen to Music while I work. I tried it once, it was okay but I still prefer the Silence and Sound of my PC's Fan and Keyboard. To me, listening to Music while working is a bit distracting.

No, I can't hear my stepdads bell or him calling me if I have music in my ears, wouldn't be able to hear doorbell for nurses etc. I'm partially deaf so have to have it on quite loud to hear.

At my work, they have music playing overhead on the PA system. Unfortunately, it's a type of music I don't really like so I've learned to tune it out and not pay any attention to it.

I work from home, so I get to choose my music if I want any. However, i'm very picky with sound due to hyper acuity syndrome (I hear way louder than most of you, it means). Either it's too loud or I just don't feel like hearing anything. But when those two issues aren't up, you can usually catch me listening to nightcore remixes and j-rock while I'm writing. 🙂
