I don't use adsense to many liability clauses and a check. Really? There has been plans for removing them.

They don't pay out in cheques anymore and I don't think they've done so for years, at least here in the UK, it goes straight to your bank account. I've not had any payment issues in nearly 10 years now.

I have not even reached $50 yet, Google banned me about 8 months ago for over clicking 😛 anyway just 2 moths ago I sent in a request (Banned when I was running SMF) days later I got a reply saying I got rejected then I sent another from that same email and then a day later I got accepted. Since then I make like 15c a day and the highest was 50c a day
