Easy way to build quality .GOV/.EDU backlinks

I've created a tool which will save you some time finding authority websites - are trusted websites with high page rank according to Goolge (.gov and .edu domain names). Also this tool is set to show only those authority websites that are having a blog where you can post something.

I just want to say that in Google I/O 2010 Matt Cutts told us that Google does not give any extra trust to domains because of GOV or EDU TLDs.

If you want to confirm that just go watch the video and skip to around 52 minutes.
