Email is Being Messedup by a harasser

Someone is using my email to sign me up for subscriptions...I woke up with 25 emails from subscription sites. How can I get this guy to stop and I really don't feel like changing emails.

Ive been just marking the emails as spam.

Is there a common thing in these emails that you can set up a filter to block them all?

I set my hotmail filter to exclusive so that

Your junk e-mail filter is set to Exclusive. As a result, only messages from contacts and safe senders are allowed in your inbox. Messages from anyone else get sent to Junk. To receive more messages in your inbox, change your junk e-mail filter to Standard.

Anything else I can do?
