I know a free host - but you'd have to use one-click install, at least, that has unlimited bandwidth, disk-space. However, though, it has no one-on-one support - only a public forum.

Also, some sites offer affiliate like i know x10hosting does that covers the cost same goes for SEO as when people visit the site they see this click on it. it is like a Ad but a friendly one if you understand what I mean.

No it's just you could not use their Public FTP like the one which you upload forums etc from Zip you can only use Their Softclous
