Design Quality

I am a big fan of your forum theme. As far as I know, it appears to be a custom theme. Whoever designed it did an amazing job with it. It's a simple theme, but the color scheme is fantastic, especially for a gaming forum. Your forum meets all the typical design requirements that all websites should have. You have a pretty nice logo, and you have an icon which seems to represent your forum as a brand. I love that you have taken the time to incorporate this important icon in various aspects of your website. I recommend that you make sure to use this icon in all of your advertisement images that you use. You want people to think of your forum when they see that image.
The icon would also be a great default avatar for members. I am unsure if you have already added this feature, seeing as I do not have the permissions to view topics. Speaking of which, I recommend that you change this. Personally, I think you should allow guests to access the topics on your forum. Potential members may want to browse around the forum before they opt to register, and it would probably be wise to allow them to do so.

Good
Site Structure

Your forum has eight boards in three categories. Needless to say, you have a small amount of boards at the moment. Still, I think your amount of boards is right where it needs to be. You don't want to have too many boards starting your forum out, considering that you may sometimes be the only one posting. You do not want to have a bunch of empty or dead boards. I find it interesting that you chose to put the off-topic category above your on-topic category. On most forums, categories and boards are aligned in order of importance. Did you do this because you want to put a special emphasis on the general discussion aspect of your forum? I guess this decision may come down to your own personal preference.

Spelling & Professionalism

This is the only thing about your forum that I was not particularly impressed by. There are a few spelling mistakes. I realize that this is a startup forum and you probably just recently created the forum. I'll go ahead and take the time to point out the mistakes that I noticed.
To begin, there is the first category. "Desk" does not have a capital letter. Seeing as the other categories capitalized the first letter of the second word, you should do this with your "Front desk" as well. You need to be consistent with your capitalization. Secondly, in the "News & Announcements" board description, there's no need to give "Announcements" an uppercase letter. Thirdly, in the "General Gaming" board description, "pc" needs to be capitalized to "PC." Next, there is a minor typo in the board description. "Franchiss" needs to be changed to "franchise." Finally, in the "San Andreas Multiplayer" sub-board description, it says "Discussions about the game, server development and server advertisements goes here." I believe this needs to be changed to "Discussions about the game, server development and server advertisements go here."
Last but not least, I clicked the "Rules" menu button, and I was taken to the default MyBB help page. I don't see the rules anywhere on the page, unless I am somehow missing it. I recommend that you figure out what you are doing with that page. I do think it's a good idea to have a link to your forum rules on your menu, but I suppose you have not had a chance to add the rules to the page yet.

Poor
Final Remarks
Enemy Down is a startup forum that has virtually zero content at the moment. Your forum's appearance is amazing, but you need to address the typos that you have made while creating the forum. They are minuscule aspects, but they are still very important. As I'm sure you already know, you need content. I didn't cover that in the review, considering this forum is brand new. Overall, Enemy Down has a ton of potential. I wish you the best of luck in finding success.
