I like the theme. I have to say though, I think referral contests are the worst type of contest. Simply because getting people to sign up is hard enough already, now your competing against other people. What I have noticed is that the winner usually has 2 or 3 referrals and everyone else has 0 or 1.

It doesn't matter if is in the contest or not, if other users see that they will think they can do it as well and it only fuels the problem.

Oh my god, your splash page makes me want to punch a kitten.

The key on the web with audio, is either:

A. Have volume controls, where I can adjust how loud it is.
or
B. Have a freaking mute button!

I think your site has so much potential it just needs more exposure but this can kill it really fast.
