And/or drinks. A nice rice wine with rice cakes, soy milk, candies, sweets and desserts for me personally to go with coffee or tea of course.

Homemade "quick" half water and half milk mac and cheese with good "flash broiling" of the nice breadcrumbs to go with it is "sough after" comfort food for me.

Just mix half and half of the water then half milk, boil until noodles are done, add sharp white cheddar and mix until melted. Load mixture into a pan, covered in good matching prepared breadcrumbs then broil until toasted. Mix and your done!

Any kind of potato chips, Apple pie with ice cream, Lasagna and brownies would be my top comfort foods

Unfortunately, I'm allergic to dairy products and gluten, so my diet must be strict. So dried fruit became my comfort food since years and years ago, in addition to paçoca and pe de moleque (a kind of brazilian sweets made of peanuts: both gluten and lactose free).
About drinks: coconut milk, rice milk and almond milk. Coffee too.

Obviously depending on the severity of them but you might be able to get away with goat products, they contains a measurably less lactose than it's "standard" cow varieties. Thus some people can eat some/all goat based products in moderation with little if any reactions.

In either cases you might be able to get your hands on if make your own chocolate and peanut butter desert. They are commonly dairy, gluten free and even vegan to boot.

It's commonly in the prepared food area and comes in a container like those single slice cakes comes in.

Mine changes all the time, sometimes its Pizza other times its Pringles.

Thank you for you concern for me. My lactose allergy is so severe at the point the only dairy product I can eat without issues is Parmesan cheese, but only over 30 months maturing progress (medical articles say us intolerant and 2/3 of allergic people need over 30 months maturing progress in order to eat Parmesan cheese).
In my city (a Brazilian South-East of the interior) is not that easy to find goat products...

You are very welcome and completely understands.

That make a lot of sense since the longer the maturing process the more breaking down the bacteria does. Resulting in fewer lacotose remaining.

Pepsi is my ultimate favorite drink. Pepperoni pizza was my favorite food to eat. But my favorites change day to day. But I like to rotate my favorite foods. I love burgers from Mcdonald's and Burger King. I really like Chinese food but sadly no more buffet since the pandemic. Then there's my love for Mexican food and Taco Bell. I guess I just like food in general.
