I don'r really like sports, any sports.
I don't like playing them and I don't like watching them
The only kind of sport I enjoy is swimming, in the sea, I usually go all suicidal for about an hour, swimming as far from the shore as I can and then go back. The trick is to know when to stop and have enough energy to go back.
I only do this in summer, find it a great way to relax and think about stuff while doing some physical exercise.
