Hi,

So I have been thinking on new ideas for AdminCentral and I have come up with a few things I would like opinions on as I am unsure if it would to too much or would fit.

I wanted to re do the forums keeping what there is but also combining parts of what ForumPromotion and DigitalPoint has. Obviously not directly copying but just what they are about(promotion and webmater.) Some examples would be how DP has the search engine area and the design & development area and from FP side having a promotion & services area which would include the website showcase what i already have possibly renamed with a review service and a few ad areas. I wouldn't include posting packages. I would also add in that area an interview section where you could request to be to interviewed based on questions about the person and there website/s.

I realise the forum is still new so it's not very big and this would draw out how big the actual amount of forums are but I think it could be effective.

Reason being for all this is that it would combine everything an admin needs. It brings in the general forum administration, the webmaster stuff(search engines, design, developing, programming, etc) and promoting. I see that as all 3 types of forums in one but they relate enough to be all in one.

I also think my domain already suits this being 'central' the center of all things an admin needs.

Tell me what you think about this idea. It's just a roughly thought out concept in my head right now.

Well...I am not sure if there is any point to doing this. You will basically just combine them into one. Well actually when you think about it, it might work well.

I would say, ask your members that you have now and see what they want then do it.

I think it sounds like a very good idea, it is also a good thing you got a domain name that doesn't conflict with the idea.
I guess the tricky part is to get people up to be staff and help you out in those three big areas so it runs smoothly.
